Construction Update: Building 3 Nearing Completion

Progress is moving quickly at Young Creek Townhomes in Suwanee, Georgia! We’re pleased to announce that Building 3 is almost complete, marking another exciting milestone for our growing community.

Building 3 features a collection of 3-bedroom townhomes, each thoughtfully designed with open layouts, modern finishes, and a spacious 2-car garage. Every home also includes smart home features such as smart doors, thermostats, blinds, and toilets — designed to bring comfort and convenience to everyday living.
